TASTING NOTES
A noble and unique gastronomic white wine.
This blend of Petit Courbu and Sauvignon Gris, vinified and aged for 9 months in 350L French oak barrels, reveals a ripe nose of exotic and candied fruits, walnuts, and dried flowers, with subtle petrol notes. The palate is full and structured, with a long finish that reveals rich and mineral notes.
A complex and highly enjoyable wine that will be just as good today as in a few years.
