Buyers benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of their order to return a product for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged parcel upon delivery
If the parcel is damaged, please do not accept the delivery.

After investigation with the carrier, the carrier will take charge of returning the products.
A new parcel will be sent to you at no additional cost.
Parcel containing unordered products
Please return the parcel in its original packaging.
We will replace the unordered products and refund your delivery costs by bank transfer or PayPal.
Defective product (corked bottle, damaged wine, etc.)
We will exchange any defective product provided that the bottle is at least three-quarters full and that the purchase was made less than one year ago, with the order date serving as proof.
