Politique de remboursement – Château de Gensac

Les acheteurs bénéficient d’un délai de rétractation de 14 jours calendaires à compter de la réception de leur commande pour retourner un produit, pour échange ou remboursement sans pénalité, à l’exception des frais de retour qui restent à la charge du client.

Modalités de retour


Colis endommagé à la livraison


  • Si le colis est endommagé, n’acceptez pas la livraison.

  • Si vous n’étiez pas présent, contactez-nous dans un délai de 14 jours :


  • Après enquête auprès du transporteur, celui-ci prendra en charge le retour des produits.


Un nouveau colis vous sera envoyé sans frais supplémentaires.


Colis contenant des produits non commandés


  • Renvoyez-nous le colis dans son emballage.

  • Nous remplacerons les produits non commandés et vous rembourserons vos frais de livraison par virement bancaire ou Paypal.


Produit défectueux (bouteille bouchonnée, vin abîmé, etc.)


Nous échangeons tout produit défectueux à condition que la bouteille soit remplie au moins aux trois quarts et que l’achat ait été effectué moins d’un an auparavant, la date de commande faisant foi.

Return procedures

Damaged parcel upon delivery

  • If the parcel is damaged, do not accept the delivery.

  • If you were not present, contact us within 14 days:

After investigation with the carrier, the carrier will take charge of returning the products.

A new parcel will be sent to you at no additional cost.

Parcel containing products not ordered

  • Send the parcel back to us in its packaging.

  • We will replace the unordered products and refund your delivery costs by bank transfer or Paypal.

Defective product (corked bottle, damaged wine, etc.)

We exchange any defective product provided that the bottle is at least three-quarters full and that the purchase was made less than one year ago, with the order date as proof.

Contact us as soon as you notice it:

Once the return is accepted, we will send you the replacement by post at no cost.
